Shipping & delivery time

Manufacturing time is required. Orders are placed on our production schedule in the order we receive them. Manufacturing time varies but is normally six to ten weeks. Please contact us if you would like to know our current production time. Once orders are shipped, delivery time is 2 to10 business days depending on the shipping location.

No additional charge.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico and other locations may require additional shipping cost. Please contact us for a quote, delivery time and other details. We do not ship to all overseas locations, please contact us.

Delivery is curbside, lift gate service included. Truck drivers are subject to a number of regulations. One of these regulations is they are not required to give assistance once your crate is unloaded. Please be prepared for this as you are responsible for your crate once it has been delivered. This may take a prior arrangement with your local terminal, the assistance of a friend, relative or professional service like a moving company. If it is possible for the delivery truck to safely back up to a garage door to unload, most drivers will do it. The crate can then be pushed into the garage to be uncrated at a more convenient time.  Most of our customers successfully move their crates into their garage or building with the assistance of some friends or a building maintenance person. The Vintage, our largest Guitar Collection Case, uncrated fits through a standard 3.0 doorway.

Additional delivery arrangements

Additional delivery arrangements may include; delivery from the truck into your building, uncrating, hauling away your crate, etc. These arrangements may be made (at your expense) between you and your local trucking terminal for unloading and more. Most trucking terminals provide these extra services if requested. If they do not provide extra services they may recommend a local moving company to assist you. If you want to make extra delivery arrangements be sure to speak to your local trucking terminal about this prior to delivery day. When your order is shipped, you will receive all necessary information including a tracking number and phone number to contact your local trucking terminal.

 Because additional arrangements vary a great deal in cost and services, we do not include them in our standard delivery. Our customers have arranged everything from moving a crate a few yards into their home or studio to lifting a crate 4 stories up with a crane in New York city.
